Our Story
Funny enough, we met a few years before we actually started dating. We both went to the same middle school and high school in Reisterstown, MD, but hadn’t said more than a few words to each other in passing. Once we realized we were attending UMBC together for college, we started carpooling to have some company and save a few bucks on gas. Of course, hours spent together in I-695 traffic blossomed into a beautiful friendship and soon-to-be relationship.
We both fell in love during long hours of studying and pushing each other to be the best versions of ourselves. We quickly realized our love for medicine and scientific curiosity, along with the desire to help people in the future. We were lucky enough to get into medical school together and spent four years in Blacksburg, VA watching each other evolve into brilliant physicians. The luck continued as we matched into residency together and were able to return home to Maryland for these last few years.
As we finish up residency (June 2024!), we’re excited to see what the future holds. The past 10 years of love and laughter is just the beginning of a wonderful life together, and we can’t wait to celebrate with all of you!
